These terms govern your use of Kultry: the website at kultry.com and the application at app.kultry.com. By using Kultry you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Kultry is an AI shopping companion. It lets you see AI-generated previews of garments on your own photos, gives size recommendations based on your measurements and brands' size charts, and helps you find and evaluate products. Kultry is currently in beta: features may change, break, or be withdrawn while we improve them.
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to use Kultry.
Honesty note (please read this one). Try-on previews are AI-generated visualisations, not photographs of the actual garment on you. We check every preview against the real product photo and flag differences we detect, but this check is best-effort and may miss things. Size recommendations are informed guidance, not a guarantee of fit. Always review the store's own size chart, product photos, and return policy before buying.
Kultry does not sell garments. When you follow a link to a store, your purchase is from that store under its own terms, prices, and return policy. We are not a party to the transaction and are not responsible for the store's products or services.
Affiliate disclosure: some store links are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, the store may pay Kultry a commission. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes which products we show you or what our previews and size recommendations say.
Kultry is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may apply usage limits (for example, a daily cap on try-on renders) to keep it fair and sustainable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slantaxiom Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for purchase decisions made using our previews or recommendations, or for the acts of third-party stores. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You can stop using Kultry anytime and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
